Sunoco Inc is an integrated oil and energy company. The Company operates through the following segments:- � Refining and Supply: manufacture of petroleum products and commodity petrochemicals at Sunoco�s Marcus Hook, Philadelphia, Eagle Point and Toledo refineries and petroleum and lubricant products at Sunoco�s Tulsa refinery. These products are sold to other Sunoco businesses and to wholesale and industrial customers. � Retail Marketing: sale of gasoline and middle distillates at retail level and the operation of convenience stores in 24 states primarily on the East Coast and in the Midwest region. � Chemicals: manufacture of phenol and related products at chemical plants in Philadelphia, PA and Haverhill, OH; polypropylene at facilities in LaPorte, TX, Neal, WV and Bayport, TX; and cumene at the Philadelphia and Eagle Point refineries. � Logistics: operation of refined product and crude oil pipelines and terminals and crude oil acquisition and marketing activities primarily in the Northeast, Midwest and South Central regions of the United States. � Coke: production of high-quality, blast-furnace coke at Sunoco�s Indiana Harbor facility in East Chicago, IN and Jewell facility in Vansant, VA, and produces metallurgical coal from mines in Virginia.
