To best guarantee the product we telecheck companies using highly skilled regional, sectoral and linguistic experts who are experienced at gathering important data from primary sources.

Companies are questionnaired using email, fax and hard copy questionnaires to ensure that the data is viewed and checked by the companies we profile.

We make sure we have subscribed to any relevant email alert services provided by the companies to make certain that we are alerted to any change within a profiled company. On receiving any notification of change we respond quickly by updating the profile and ensuring it is made available for download at Research Bank.

Research Bank uses commercial off the shelf and proprietary software to track change at the websites hosted by the companies we profile. In this way we are alerted to any change that occurs.

Research Bank monitors relevant associations, organisations, SECs etc to again track change and breaking news.

Change however is very common in these high profile companies and in the rare occasion that Research Bank fails to update a profile to your satisfaction, we will respond positively and ensure that your comments are taken on board and potential omissions are rectified immediately.
